  • two options: 6 days camp and 5 days camp with the possibility to buy ice lessons in the following day (Saturday)
  • the extra night between the camp weeks is for free (when participating in both weeks)

BASIC INFO about the summer camp

TRAINING PROGRAM

6 days training program for all skaters includes:
Ice practices: 16 lessons per week

  • 3 ice lessons -Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • 2 ice lessons -Wednesday, Saturday

Off-ice lessons: 5 lessons per week (dance, strength, stretching) - Monday to Friday

 

5 days training program for all skaters includes:
Ice practices: 14 lessons per week

  • 3 ice lessons – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
  • 2 ice lessons – Friday

Off-ice lessons: 5 lessons (dance, strength, stretching) – Monday to Friday
The possibility to buy 2 ice lessons on Saturday 15 July

 

FIRST/ LAST DAY OF CAMP

The camp starts on Sundays with information meeting at the ice rink at 7:00 pm.
First practice day is on Mondays.

We are able to arrange for you the transport from Prague airport to Příbram and back according to your needs and wishes.
The transport provide a prefessional company.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation at the ice rink
Triple rooms, six-bed room, apartment with kitchen for 6 persons.
Simply furnished rooms.

Newly renovated double and triple rooms, some rooms with a view of the Holy Mountain.

Penzion Time Cafe
The guest house offers 5 suites (double, triple, four-bed rooms) furnished with flair. All of these spacious suites have a kitchenette, dining area, WC and a shower, TV, WiFi and a mini bar.
Penzion Time Cafe is located in the city centre. 20 min.walk to the ice rink. Local bus to the ice rink goes every 5 minutes, journey takes 8 min. The bus stop is a few meters from the guest house.

All accommodation facilities offer rooms with bathroom and internet access. If you send an application in time, we will try to meet your demands in accommodation.

COACHES for the summer camp

The training sessions are conducted by a professional team of coaches who are ready to train skaters of all levels in different languages.

Sport career:

  • 1973-1980seven times champion of Czechoslovakia in figure skating pairs
  • 1975-1976 1-st place in Junior World Championship
  • 1975 – 1980 – participant in the European Champ., World Champ., Olympics

Work experience:

  • 1997- 2000 coach of Slowak national team
  • 2000- 2020 – head coach in Sweden (Uppsala, Vaxjo, Eskilstuna, Trelleborg)
  • 2008- 2015 – coach in National team of Sweden (Ondrej Spiegl –Swedish Junior champion)

Sport career:

  • 2009-2017: Member of the Swedish figure skating national team

  • 2016: Champion of the Swedish National Figure Skating Championships

  • 2013: Participation in World Junior Figure Skating Championships (Milan, Italy)

  • 2011: Participation in World Junior Figure Skating Championships (Gangneung, South Korea)

Work experience:

  • 2017-2019: Professional ice skater performer for Willy Bietak productions, INC. on Royal Caribbean International cruise lines

  • 2016: Selected for a scholarship by Swedish Sport Federation

  • 2015-2017: Master's degree in field of Sport Science (graduation June 2017) - The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences (Stockholm, Sweden)

  • 2015: Figure skating coach license

  • 2013-present: Figure skating coach and off-ice coach

Moa Lindgren

  • 2016: Started her own company M. Choreography, Choreography, dance, strength and conditioning training.

  • 2013–2016: Degree of Bachelor in Sport Science, Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences, Stockholm

  • 2012: 1st place at District Championship in Figure Skating, Sweden


Miroslava Hájková

  • 2000 – present: leader and head coach of the club FSC Brno/Czech Republic
  • 2014 - present: head coach of three teams of synchonized skating
  • 2015 - present: head coach of pair skating
  • 2015 - Darlings national team of synchronized skating / Champion of the Czech Republic
  • 2016 - Darlings national team of synchronized skating / 12-th place at the World Cup
  • 2017 - Darlings national team of synchronized skating / Champion of the Czech Republic
  • 2019 - Coach and choreographer of musical on the ice „Snow White“
